Privacy Policy

This policy explains how kaziyh ("the platform", "we") collects, uses and protects data when you use kaziyh.online and its services, including the agent portal and white-label storefronts.
1.Data we collect
- Application data: Business name, contact name, email, phone, country and city, business type and expected volume.
- Account data: Login credentials, two-factor authentication settings, session records.
- Financial and operational data: Wallet movements, orders, deposit proofs you upload (receipt images or transfer references), support tickets. We do not store card numbers and we do not hold crypto wallet keys.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, usage logs.
- Cookies: Essential cookies for session, language and CSRF protection, plus analytics cookies (see section 3).
2.How we use data
To process your application and operate your account, fulfil orders and settle your wallet, review and approve deposits, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the platform, and communicate with you about your account and orders. We do not sell your data.
3.Analytics and session recording
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used (click maps, scroll maps and session recordings). Clarity only runs after you accept it through the consent banner shown on your first visit, and you can decline it there with no effect on your use of the platform. Inside the logged-in dashboards, sensitive text (balances and customer data) is automatically masked from recordings. Microsoft's processing is governed by its published policies, and you can additionally limit tracking through your browser settings.
4.Sharing with service providers
We share the minimum necessary data with providers that run the platform: hosting and storage (DigitalOcean; files are stored in EU data centers), transactional email (Resend), analytics (Microsoft Clarity), and digital product suppliers for order fulfilment (they receive only the recharge identifier required, such as a player ID). Each provider is bound by its own data protection terms.
5.Retention
We keep financial records and audit logs for the life of the account and afterwards for as long as legal and accounting requirements demand. You can request account deletion; we will delete whatever we are not legally required to keep.
6.Security
Encryption in transit (HTTPS), two-factor authentication, a maker-checker principle for sensitive financial operations, a full audit trail for every balance movement, and restricted team access.
7.Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data (within the limits of section 5), and object to certain processing. Contact support@kaziyh.online and we will respond within a reasonable period. Data is processed in accordance with applicable Jordanian data protection legislation.
8.Children
The platform is intended for businesses and users over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9.Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acknowledgment.
