Terms of Service

1. 1.

   Eligibility. kaziyh is a B2B platform for businesses and resellers; you must be 18 or older, provide accurate information, and use it for legitimate resale only; accounts require kaziyh's approval.
2. 2.

   Account. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity on your account; one account per business unless otherwise agreed; we may request verification at any time.
3. 3.

   Wallet & deposits. kaziyh runs on a prepaid wallet; deposits are credited after confirmation; no chargebacks or payment reversals are accepted.
4. 4.

   Orders & delivery. Products are digital (top-ups, gift cards, codes); you must enter correct delivery details; once delivered, an order is final.
5. 5.

   Pricing. Prices are wholesale and may change; the price shown when you place an order is binding for that order.
6. 6.

   Prohibited use. No fraud, money laundering, resale to sanctioned parties, or abuse of provider systems; violations may lead to suspension and forfeiture.
7. 7.

   Suspension & termination. We may suspend or close accounts for breach, suspected fraud, or risk; any remaining deposited balance is handled per the Refund Policy.
8. 8.

   Third-party providers. Delivery depends on upstream providers; we are not liable for their outages beyond refunding failed orders to your wallet.
9. 9.

   Liability. The service is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the affected order.
10. 10.

    Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan; disputes are subject to the courts of Amman.
11. 11.

    Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
