Refund Policy

    Digital goods. Digital goods are non-refundable once successfully delivered.

    Failed orders. Failed or undelivered orders are automatically refunded to your kaziyh wallet.
  3. 3.
    Wrong details. Wrong details you entered (e.g. an incorrect player ID or email) are not refundable.
  4. 4.
    Wallet balance. Your wallet balance reflects prepaid funds; spent funds are final; unused deposited balance may be refunded to the original method on an account-closure request, minus fees and subject to verification; promotional credit is non-withdrawable.

    Disputes. Disputes must be raised via support within 7 days of the order.
