Refund Policy

- 1.Digital goods. Digital goods are non-refundable once successfully delivered.
- 2.Failed orders. Failed or undelivered orders are automatically refunded to your kaziyh wallet.
- 3.Wrong details. Wrong details you entered (e.g. an incorrect player ID or email) are not refundable.
- 4.Wallet balance. Your wallet balance reflects prepaid funds; spent funds are final; unused deposited balance may be refunded to the original method on an account-closure request, minus fees and subject to verification; promotional credit is non-withdrawable.
- 5.Disputes. Disputes must be raised via support within 7 days of the order.
